Facing an unintended pregnancy alone can
be overwhelming. We have trained client
advocates to help you through this process.
All interaction is confidential. Our
advocates are trained and equipped to offer
you information on all your pregnancy
options and your physical, emotional, and
spiritual needs.
Aid to Women also offers medical
diagnosis of pregnancy. Even if you
have already had a positive test at
home, we encourage you to come in.
This is your opportunity to find out for
sure if you're pregnant and to get
accurate information.
The first step is a pregnancy test. We offer
you lab-quality urine pregnancy tests at no
cost. These tests are accurate within 8-10
days after conception.
If you have a positive test and you are at
least 6 weeks along based on your last
menstrual period, Aid to Women can also
offer you an ultrasound exam to confirm that
you have a viable pregnancy and to let you
know how far along you are in your
pregnancy. Ultrasounds are also at no cost
to you.
Please allow 30 minutes to an hour for your
pregnancy test appointment. Ultrasound
appointments last approximately 45 minutes.
